October 2005 Empire??? Help

Does anyone know who were the special guests last year at the gig in the Belfast Empire Music Hall on the 2nd night 27th October 2005?

It would be great if someone could help me out with this. Thanx.

i'm confused by this guy's request...

support on the first night at the empire was from david ford.
support on the second night at the empire was from jessie and layla.

other people i remember gracing the stage were rea, chip, and serge on the clarinet.

there was also a little bit of a burlesque puppet show.

did duke's auntie or someone like that get on stage and sing or did i imagine that!?

also was carrie tree there or was that a different gig altogether...

if anyone else was on stage i'll be darned if i know who they were :roll:

Yeah, Duke's three(?) sisters were ushered on stage to sing a song! :) David Ford supported the first night, and came on stage to do a song or two during the second gig.
But now that you mention it, yeah it sounds like the question was about Chip, Rea et al.

Carrie Tree was the guest from the Empire date previous to the dates in question...if my remember rightly.

Also, Shirley Bassey put an interesting appearance in that night..... ha, remember that?
