So, i've ordered it and i'm now oficcially giddy and excited.

when will it arrive, what does it look like, what does it sound like.

i'm so pleased i own a record player :D

its in a lovely wooden box with a bear engraved in to the front, slidey off lid which has 6 7" records inside for your musical pleasure. Each record is nicely decorated to.

We picked up our boxset at the Newcastle gig last night. It's a fantastic package, absolute bargain at ?20! I want to know what the bear is saying though ... there's nothing in his speech bubble! Anyone got any ideas? Is he speechless? :)

i've been a big fan of my Killers hot fuss 7" vinyl box set for the last 6 months. i'm sure this will now get pride of place in my collection as it looks amazing.

and i get to listen to the album before the CD comes out. yay.

I got mine today in the post just before heading out to work - I didn't have a chance to have a proper look through it though, the covers looked great. Going to convert it to mp3 then put it on my mp3 player.

We're still posting them out! We got a lot of pre-orders (which we forgot to charge postage for ) :( Plus the guy who normally does the postage is off on holiday so they are being sent but a bit slower than normal.

Don't worry its worth the wait!

mines arrived. had to do a few little repairs with some wood glue and a hammer but the box is back in perfect working order and the lovely heavyweight vinyl wasnt damaged. phew :D

Ah, just got an email to say mine's been sent :D Let's hope it doesn't get damaged in the post, at least they won't be able to try squeezing it through the letterbox!!

i was very pleased, i had ?30 left in my wallet when i went up to the stand, and i was thinking "it surely will be worth it" still haven't gotten a chance to play it tho, my record player is wrecked, afraid it'll do damage!!

is this artefact not being sent bubble-or-foam wrapped? whilst this is undoubtably a beautiful artefact, surely it's worth packing properly to ensure it doesn't get fucked in the post?

Mine arrived in tip top condition, it was packed in 2 jiffy bags.

My box arrived broken, but I have been kindly sent a replacement, double wrapped this time and I'm glad to say that it arrived this morning in one piece (well, officially two) , whoo-hoo! :D

Off to see the Duke tonight in Sheffield 8)
