The Electric Fix (TheEF) celebrates it first year in existence by returning to Whelan?s on June 29th. Performing at this auspicious occasion are BETAMAX FORMAT, SUPER EXTRA BONUS PARTY and LPX. Doors for this show are 7.30pm and admission is 10 Euros (tickets available from WAV Ticketbox).
The promotions collective, launched in June 2005, is run by Leigh O'Gorman [of electro/rock act LPX] and was started as a scheme to bring in bands and artists that he finds entertaining and interesting.
Also a podcast with LPX, Super Extra Bonus Party and Betamax format was recorded last week - you can download it NOW from www.phantomfm.com. Check it out.
