as far as i know it's just the 7", the 10" and the cd. i've read that on a few sites and i think it said that also in one of the duke special emails.

Sorry for the confusion! I was going by the HMV website www.hmv.co.uk which still says 12" when I last checked. I expect they've got it wrong as there aren't many details on there, no tracklistings at all. It also says the release date for the single is today!
