this song makes my hairs stand on end.can anyone explain the jist of the song to me?

The song "Maps" was originally by a band called Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Duke has performed a cover of the song for quite a while now and decided to record a studio version of it. :)

Love this song too, I have the live version on the Electric Picnic album that came with Hotpress, sounded like a pretty amazing performance as always from the Duke.

i havent had the experience of hearing duke do this yet, heard the original of course but i hear that the only way to get a listen is you tube??

I actually joined this forum because I was so disdraught by the removal of "Maps" from the Duke Special Myspace, and I was going to ask where I could find it.

I rotate the songs on myspace regularly.

I only just found out about Duke Special a few days ago. (I know! How lame is that?)
I've put Freewheel at our BSE Myspace and info at our site forums, and now I'm scurrying around trying to found out what all I've been missing.
Absolutely adore his sound.
