i ordered the single off the recordstore.co.uk site and it was taking ages, ordered it oct 15th i think and i just received an email saying "We are very sorry but we have had to cancel your order. This is because all of the items have unfortunately been deleted by the supplier and are no longer available."

i'm quite annoyed, has this happened to anyone else??

Yeah, I got the same email today.
I was attracted by the idea of all three formats for ?5!
Now I feel like my toy's been snatched away. :(

Yeah, I got similar, order was taking ages, but I phoned up yesterday to have a go at them, and they said they would contact the supplier, but I cancelled it as was holding up my album delivery. Annoying...
