Ok, I introduced a couple of you to him at the DS/DC gig bbut I want everyone to check this guy out. It has been a wee while since I have seen someone who really exudes such an air of potential as John.

He is only ickle and yet he reminds me of a babby Gary Lightbody [this is NOT why I think he is great btw] I have accidently become like the fella's stalker though, giving him a taste of fame ya see, that's my plan!!

Listen to "Miss you tonight" to see what I mean about the potential :D

D'Arcy space! (www.myspace.com/johndarcy)

Potential indeed, he is brilliant! :D

I came across Mr D'Arcy on myspace before but couldn't comment as I don't have a myspace. Lovely, lovely little tunes and lyrics, a talented lad for sure. I hope he plays a gig down here in Dublin sometime. :)

John has DEFINATELY advanced since I first posted this. Seen him live quite a few times now and he really does get better each time. The addition of the Jedi Jane's guitar player, Chris McCorry has definately added something extra to the band.

Check them out :D

New website should be up and running soon (thanks to a sneaky web designer) ;) and new EP is in the making now that the man in question has finished up his A levels.

He is also playing at Glasgowbury, so if anyone is headin up to see the Duke, which I am sure a few of you are, be sure to check out John. I don't think you'll go away disappointed :)
