Anyone into Death Cab For Cutie?

I've only just recently heard about them and bought 'Plans' the other week, since which time it's hardly been off my CD player!

Beautiful, beautiful album that I loved from the start but has also has continued grow on me.

Unlike most albums where some tracks standout as favourites, each time I listen to this album I think one particular song is the best but then I hear the next and so on and realise it's impossible to pick out just one or two 'best' tracks - the whole album's amazing!

The next DCFC album on my list for hunting down is 'Transatlanticism'............. anyone got any comments as to whether I'll be just as impressed with this as I have been with 'Plans'??

Heya hush! Yeah Death Cab are fantastic, for me Plans is definately the best album like. I was lucky enough to see them live at Oxegen this year...very good live! I was the same Plans just sorta grew on me the more I listened to it!

Good choice though! :)

I much prefer 'Transatlanticism', I think it remains their strongest album, you won't be dissappointed.

Check out 'Title And Registration' and 'The Sound Of Settling', two excellent tracks.

I have Transatlanticism on double vinyl. Wasn't as impressed as Plans but i didnt give it time to grow.

It has just been sitting there gathering dust!
