Ok, so if more than a couple of people here have even heard of these guys I'll eat my hat, but you all really should give them a listen - take a bit of ska, jazz, reggae, rock, gypsy and funk and throw it all in a blender and you might get something a bit like TCE.
From Melbourne, Australia, but touring England in a few months time (which reminds me, I need to book a ticket to Bristol), and they are quite possibly my favourite band of all time for music that just makes me want to dance.
