Simple question - what's the latest on the visa situation? The States are eager to welcome you back!!!

No news yet I'm afraid, it appears there is someone sharing the same name as myself who is on a watch list so back in January my application went through a further processing procedure which can take up to 6 months. So, it's coming up to 4 months, hopefully I'll see something happen soon. Thanks for asking.

I'm afraid that you won't shake the Fizzies off by going to America - we have US friends that are waiting to see you and we will have a Duke campaign organised as soon as it's the visa is a go! ;)

Fizzy tells me that you went to the Cork show - I couldn't make it unfortunately.Shame you didn't meet up then.
We're definitely up for a "Duke in the USA" gig or two - but be careful what you wish for MandyK!

I was, indeed, at the Cork show - and yes, sad we all couldn't meet up then! Did I meet Fizzy there and was just too drunk/exhilerated/starstruck to remember (eeek!)?

As far as 'Duke in the USA' - if/when a tour here happens you can be sure that I will be cashing in my vacation hours, strapping into my car and making a roadtrip of the whole thing, and I sure could use a few friendly forum faces along the way! Oh the fun we'd all have, converting a nation... :rolleyes:
