Folks,
I quickly went through some of the photos from the two Empire nights. You can find them here:
http://www.stephenlynn.co.uk/gallery/music/dukespecial/

There are three pages there, some are OK, some aren't :)

I'd just like to thank Paul and Helen, thesneakybandit and Kieran (sorry I didn't get to speak to you more!). I wish I was feeling a bit better, but hey, sh!t happens. I'm looking forward to next time instead! :)

Duke, thanks for an excellent two nights.

Steve.

Quality photos there Steve, some moments well and truly captured.
Makes me want to invest in a half decent camera and learn how to use it!!

Certainly catch you the next time round Steve.
Tell me this, was thesneakybandit the other photographer there? The chap with long hair and glasses darting around the stage??
Damn, wish I'd said hello however busy he looked, lol!!

Hope some of that video footage surfaces, a DVD perhaps?

No I don't think sneaky was taking photos that night. I'm not sure who the other guy was - there were quite a few photographers there on the first night - including BBC's Stuart Bailey :)
Hopefully a few of my photos will appear in the DVD, we'll see. The guy doing the camera has worked with Steven Spielberg, but then we know Duke doesn't do things by half! ;)

thesneakybandit has neither long hair nor a fancy camera... and i've no idea who the other camera people were sorry.

steve. would it be ok for me to use a couple of your photos on www.drop-d.ie? i'll credit you for them and stuff. they'd just look well beside the review :)

Yeah Spotted Stuart Baillie taking photos from the side balcony area.
Spielberg eh, was that chap from V2 or was he specially commissioned by the Duke?
Noticed another video camera up there on a tripod may have been the same one though? Does this mean there is definitely a DVD on the way?

Apologies about the mistaken identity Sneaky, lol!!

I think it's been commissioned by V2, Duke would have to confirm that though. I'm sure we'll see some form of moving picture in the near future...
